Hey. What's up? My name is Dennis Heil, and I'm diagnosed with type 2 bipolar disorder and high-functioning autism. I started bipolar cycling back in 1994-ish, lived undiagnosed until 2009-ish with all of the fun things that go along with it. You know, fun things like suicide attempts, lost jobs and opportunities, broken relationships and friendships, and so on. You get the point.

Anyway, I've seen and experienced a lot in the 30+ years I've been living with bipolar disorder. Today, I write and talk about it in the hope y'all can learn from my experiences instead of learning the hard way. Too many of us aren't fortunate enough to survive learning the hard way
