My Struggle With Stress

When I started a security officer job in Nacogdoches, Texas, πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ I found it wasn't stressful or difficult at all. Then our shift hours changed, and another security company took over. After the third security company came in, it made my life became totally stressful due to their management team and other factors.

For one, I had to type in up to five times the amount of information as before! I went to my PCP at the time, and he said I was bipolar from different free over-the-counter medications πŸ’Š I was taking, and I had severe carpal tunnel in my right hand.

Three years after I took early retirement at 62, I developed Parkinson's Disease. I would have to go outside the guard shack and sometimes wait with the 18-wheel truck drivers 🚚 for their bills and further instructions. Plus, if the driver was unable to put a load lock in their refrigerator unit, I would do it for them. They would sign the bills, I'd give them the copies, and off they would go on the road or across the street for a rest period.
